  • Give parents more choices than they currently have.
  • Ongoing support for the family when child has passed for as long as they choose Respite, transitional and crisis care for children with life-limiting conditions.
  • Support for the family in their own home.
  • End of Life care where necessary.
  • A "Home from Home" atmosphere provided by a caring team.
  • Care by an inter-disciplinary team in partnership with the child's family, hospital and community teams.
