Jane McKenna honoured at American Ireland Fund’s Gala dinner in Boston…
More than 1,000 guests gathered recently for The American Ireland Fund’s 29th Annual Boston Gala at the Westin Boston Waterfront. The fundraiser, one of The Ireland Fund’s 100-plus worldwide events, supports Irish philanthropic causes and a portion of the proceeds of the 2010 Gala will benefit LauraLynn House. We are so grateful to Steve Greeley and everyone at the American Ireland Fund for honouring us at such a high profile event.
The Ireland Funds are an international charitable network operating in 12 countries and have raised over $350 million for worthy causes in Ireland and around the world. The mission of The Ireland Funds is to be the largest worldwide network of people of Irish ancestry and friends of Ireland dedicated to raising funds to support programs of peace and reconciliation, arts and culture, education and community development.
