Marketing Executive (Brand and Design)

We are seeking an experienced and innovative marketing executive with significant design experience to bring LauraLynn’s brand to life with excellence. The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of creative projects from concept to completion, in collaboration with marketing and communications colleagues, the fundraising team and other key internal stakeholders. In this role, you will act as Brand Champion and be responsible for helping to design and optimize our marketing activities. You will add to the capabilities of the team through photography, videography and/or illustration skills and experience.

Essential Criteria - ideally the successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Degree/3rd Level qualification in Design, Marketing or related field
  • 3-4 years’ experience in a similar Marketing role including graphic design and brand management within the last 5 years
  • Proven record of leading traditional marketing campaigns (including designing materials, traditional advertising planning and working with third-party suppliers)
  • Experience in creating multi-media content including, but not restricted to, illustration, infographics, video and/or photography
  • Experience in using design tools (including use of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva and similar)

Based in Leopardstown, Dublin, LauraLynn Children’s Hospice is recruiting Staff Nurses for a number of exciting opportunities working in hospice and in the family home/community.

  • Experience in working within an interdisciplinary team
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to provide on-call clinical care/cover at evenings and weekends
  • Full clean driving licence

The Learning & Development Specialist will work in collaboration with both clinical and non-clinical managers, teams, and individuals to create a learning culture so that staff are equipped to competently and confidently perform and succeed in their designated role, in line with the goals of the organisation.

  • A qualification in eLearning design or web development and experience in a health care environment is desirable
