FAQs - Christmas Jumper Day
In December, everyone puts on Christmas jumpers and donates €2 (or whatever you wish to give) to LauraLynn Children’s Hospice. If you don’t have a Christmas Jumper, you can wear anything red or green instead.
Friday, December 8th. Can’t make that date? Not a problem, just pick another day.
Yes! If you want the buzz of knowing thousands of other people are getting dressed up at the same time too, then go for Friday 8th December. But if that date isn’t a winner then no worries, just get your jumper out on a day that suits you.
Everyone, even dogs (quite a lot of dogs, actually)!
No way! Lots of champion Christmas Jumper wearers go solo. It’s all about wearing your jumper with pride. You could even set up your own fundraising page and get sponsored... just fill out our registration form.

Absolutely 100% no. You do not! In fact, we think it’s awesome if you don’t. You could decorate an old jumper, try a local charity shop or swap one with friends.

By taking part, you’re supporting children with life-limiting conditions and their families. LauraLynn support children and their families across Ireland and thanks to people like you we can help make the most of short and precious lives.

You will receive your thank you letter and certificate as soon as possible in the New Year, once the income you have raised has been logged into our system.
