The goal of this challenge is to complete a 3-minute plank. Depending on your fitness level you can start off with 30 seconds and work your way up to 3 minutes or you can commit to doing a 3-minute plank every day for 30 days. We have created a sample plan which you can use. 

The plank (also called a front hold, hover, or abdominal bridge) is an isometric core strength exercise that involves maintaining a position similar to a push-up for the maximum possible time. The most common plank is the forearm plank which is held in a push-up-like position, with the body's weight borne on forearms, elbows, and toes.

That’s no problem, you can start on 10 seconds if you prefer and build your way up to the 3 minutes.

That’s easy! You can use the personal tracker in the leaflet in your pack, just write down how long you do on a given day. I recommend setting a timer on your phone to keep track of the time. Don’t forget to post updates on your fundraiser to let your friends and family know how you’re doing.

As part of this challenge, you will be asked to set up an iDonate fundraiser. You can post photos of your workout and timer on this page which we will be checking regularly.

Your challenge begins 10 days after registration. We will email you the day before to remind you and send a good luck email on day one of your challenge.

We will be posting packs every week so you should get your pack within 7-10 days of registering.

An exclusive LauraLynn T-Shirt and a leaflet which will include a tracker for you to keep track of your plank times.

Our T-Shirts come in standards men sizes ranging from Small to XX-Large.

Each pack comes with one T-Shirt, you shouldn't need another one but if the size is wrong let us know and we can exchange it.

You can absolutely complete this challenge as an organisation or work group. In fact, it is a great team bonding exercise and lots of healthy, competitive fun. Together with your colleagues, you can join our community. It's simple to do and you'll be amazed at how many people will support you.
