LauraLynn, Ireland’s Children’s Hospice, today launched our ‘My Legacy’ campaign in conjunction with MyLegacy.ie.

My Legacy Month is an initiative for the month of November during which My Legacy and their member charities will ask the public to consider leaving a legacy gift in their will to a charity they care about. LauraLynn is asking people to consider leaving a legacy gift to Ireland’s only children's hospice.

Commenting on the launch of the campaign, LauraLynn Ambassador, Fiona Coghlan, said: “Leaving a gift to a charity like LauraLynn is a lovely way to leave your mark and to ensure that a cause you care about benefits. As an Ambassador for LauraLynn I get to witness the fantastic work that they do for children with life-limiting conditions and their families and every legacy gift received would help LauraLynn to continue to support these families through the services they provide.”

This year alone LauraLynn requires €5 million to maintain services, of which €4.3 million must be raised through donations. Every legacy gift would go towards the organisation meeting that target and helps greatly in allowing LauraLynn continue to provide support and care to children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
