Business Post Leadership

We are delighted to announce that two of our senior leaders have been shortlisted as finalists in the prestigious Business Post Leadership Awards 2025.

Our CEO, Kerry McLaverty, is a finalist in the Non-Profit Leader of the Year category, while our Head of Human Resources, Lauri Cryan, has been shortlisted for the Diversity & Inclusion Initiative Award.

The annual awards celebrate Ireland’s most inspiring C-suite achievers, honouring visionary executives and changemakers who demonstrate innovation, integrity, and influence in their fields.

Kerry’s nomination for Non-Profit Leader of the Year recognises leaders who drive meaningful change with passion and purpose. This nomination is a testament to her visionary leadership, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to community impact, which is evident every day in her work guiding LauraLynn and advocating for children with life-limiting conditions and their families across Ireland.

Lauri’s nomination for the Diversity & Inclusion Initiative Award celebrates leaders who have championed diversity, equity, and inclusion as core pillars of organisational success. This shortlisting honours his impactful work in fostering a culture of belonging and creating an inclusive environment at LauraLynn where all voices are heard and valued.

Speaking on his nomination, Lauri Cryan said:

"I am absolutely delighted and honoured to be shortlisted for this award. This nomination is a testament to the entire team's commitment to fostering a truly inclusive and supportive culture at LauraLynn. We believe that embracing diversity in all its forms not only strengthens our organisation but is essential to providing the very best care for our children and families. This recognition inspires us to continue this important work."

Everyone at LauraLynn is incredibly proud of both Kerry and Lauri for this well-deserved recognition.

The winners will be announced at a black-tie awards ceremony on Thursday, 6th November, at the InterContinental Dublin. We wish them both the very best of luck on the night.
