LauraLynn, Ireland's Children's Hospice, has won the Workplace Excellence Award for Best Workplace for Mental Health and Wellbeing - Small Organisation at the 2026 Workplace Excellence Awards.
As previously announced, LauraLynn was shortlisted in two categories at this year's awards: Best Workplace for Mental Health and Wellbeing - Small Organisation and Best Workplace for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The organisation was announced as the winner of the Mental Health and Wellbeing category at a ceremony held on Friday, 18th September, at the Royal Marine Hotel in Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.
The award recognises LauraLynn's Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, which has taken a collaborative approach to supporting staff wellbeing and making a positive contribution across the organisation over the past 12 months. LauraLynn was shortlisted alongside six other organisations in the category.
