Our Facilities

LauraLynn Entrance

We understand that visiting LauraLynn may feel unfamiliar at first. Our campus is designed to be welcoming, comfortable and supportive — a place where children and families can feel safe, cared for and at home.

LauraLynn is designed to feel as far from a hospital as possible, while still providing the highest level of specialist care. Our spaces are calm, homely and child-friendly, helping families to spend meaningful time together.

We are also committed to being a Green Campus, managing our facilities in a way that supports sustainability, wellbeing and a healthier future for children and families.

Arriving at LauraLynn

Our main reception is located in Rowan House, just inside the entrance gates.

Where should I go when I arrive?

  • Families of children staying with us should go directly to LauraLynn House or Hazel House, where our care teams will welcome you

If this is your first visit, a member of our team will guide you — you don’t need to worry about finding your way.

  • All other visitors, including contractors, students and volunteers, are asked to check in at Main Reception (Rowan House) to sign in (Contractors sign in through a QR system).

Finding your way around

We use clear signs across the campus to help families and visitors find their way easily. These signs use simple words, symbols and colour to make getting around LauraLynn as easy and reassuring as possible.
