LauraLynn, Ireland’s only Children’s Hospice, has launched its new 24‑Hour Challenge, an expanded evolution of its popular Treadmill Challenge, with broadcaster Lorraine Keane, GAA star Pádraig O’Hora, and LauraLynn Nurse Kate Hourigan joined by Emily Ahearne and her mum Ann, who attend LauraLynn, to officially kick off this year’s campaign.
Horkans Group, through its Petworld stores, has transformed the traditional Christmas Jumper Day into a campaign of extraordinary generosity. Thanks to the incredible support of their staff and customers, Petworld raised a phenomenal €21,000 during the 2025 festive season alone, bringing their total funds raised for LauraLynn to over €73,000 since 2021.
