As the year draws to a close, we have an opportunity to reflect on the year past and remember the many special occasions and celebrations we shared at LauraLynn.
I remember the night Aideen was born. I went home that night with the biggest smile on my face. The next morning, when I went to the hospital, I was told there was something wrong.
Our beautiful twins were born on the 29th November, 2011. Leo arrived just three minutes after his sister Molly.
Molly Jones was born on December 21st, 2011 weighing a healthy 6lbs, however Molly struggled to breathe and needed oxygen and incubation.
Eoghan went from being healthy, babbling and crawling to having to be tube fed, and needing 24/7 care.
January 11th marks International Thank You Day – one of my favourite days of the year.
LauraLynn hosted their annual Volunteer of the Year Awards in a special ceremony.
Take on the challenge of a lifetime this year and sign up for the Great Dublin Bike Ride!
Alan Nelson, a long-time supporter of LauraLynn, is organising his annual Golf Classic to raise much needed funds for our special hospice.
